Partnership Opportunities

Sponsorship of the ALTG’s meetings and events provides an opportunity to profile the company and promote products, meet with lead clinicians and learn about recent and future advances in lung cancer treatments and research. Partnering with the ALTG ensures the group continues to deliver high quality, clinically relevant and investigator-led research.

ALTG meetings bring together respiratory physicians, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, palliative care specialists, cardiothoracic surgeons, scientists and nurses, across Australia and New Zealand and internationally, enabling interaction with experts in lung cancer research, treatment and patient management.

The ALTG lung cancer preceptorship is the principal ALTG educational event. The two-day workshop is an intensive and active learning program for medical trainees, fellows and nurses interested in developing their clinical knowledge and expertise in lung cancer management. Under the mentorship of a preceptor, each attendee conducts a critical appraisal of evidence from a published paper that has contributed to current treatment of lung cancer. The program is interspersed with opportunities for networking and career development.

Sponsoring ALTG meetings and events

  • maximises brand exposure,
  • enables networking opportunities,
  • provides insights into the latest developments in lung cancer research and treatment
  • includes acknowledgement of your company’s involvement, commitment and support to the lung cancer community in Australia and New Zealand.
