The 3rd ALTG Preceptorship in Lung Cancer will now take place on 22-23 September – PLEASE NOTE the NEW DATES. This intensive, interactive small group educational programme is mentored by senior ALTG investigators and engages participants in a critical review and discussion of key literature in the management of thoracic malignancy. Applications will open in the next few weeks – watch out for the announcement or contact email@example.com to stay informed.
The 2017 ALTG Lung Cancer Symposium will be held in Sydney on 24-25 November at the Westin Sydney hotel. Mark this weekend in your diaries as we will continue the format established in 2016:
- Friday 24th November – ALTG Members’ Meeting and joint ALTG/Lung Foundation Australia dinner event for the annual Shine A Light on Lung Cancer awareness and fundraising campaign
- Saturday 25th November – ALTG Lung Cancer Symposium
The Quality of Life (QOL) Office will host its annual QOL PROtocol Checklist Workshop, 22-23 June 2017 in Sydney. This training workshop introduces a practical tool for guiding protocol development for patient-reported outcome (PRO) components of trials. Participants will learn valuable skills, including how to select appropriate PROs and measures that assess these at appropriate time points.
